Refund & Exchange Policy

We only accept returns or exchanges (if in stock) on defective merchandise and will reimburse you 100% of item cost & original shipping cost. Please review your cart before payment to be sure of your selections.

 

  • You must contact us within 30 days of ordering.
  • Defective items need a dated receipt or proof of purchase and proof of defect.
  • Defective product returned must be in new condition and unopened.
  • Return shipping on defective product is your responsibility.

 

Upon receipt of defective item, it will be inspected. You will be notified by e-mail(telephone if no e-mail on file) and if approved, a credit will be initiated to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit within a determined amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.

 

Order Discrepancies:

  • You must contact us within 30 days of ordering.
  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
  • Items of discrepancy need a dated receipt or proof of purchase

We will work with you to make your order correct as your satisfaction is important to us. If determined that a replacement/correction product is to be sent out - it will ship upon receipt of your (wrongly received) returned items arriving to us. If a product is missing, we will ship it to you as soon as possible. If missing item is not in stock, a refund will be initiated (for product value) to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit within a determined amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.

 

Shipping:

Art Journal Junction LLC is not responsible for any parcels that are lost or damaged once the parcel has left our warehouse. Certain items in our store (such as machines) are marked as oversized and an additional freight surcharge will be added to your order.

Pre-Order or Reserve Shipping:

Orders which include a pre-ordered (or reserved) product will be held until all products are in stock and can ship together. If you would like in-stock items to ship now, please place pre-order product on a separate order. Standard shipping rates will apply to each order.
