Tim Holtz Distress Oxide Ink is a ground-breaking water-reactive dye & pigment ink fusion that creates an oxidized effect when sprayed with water.
Tim Holtz Oxide reinkers are for use on Oxide pads only. Use reinker by working it into the coordinating oxide pad with Ranger craft scraper.
