Yes, we do ship to Guam, Puerto Rico and the US Virgin Islands.

Yes. Please keep in mind that delivery to military addresses may take longer than expected.

No, not at this time.  We are working to expand our shipping department. Please check back.

Your order may be held up by a reserve or a preorder item. If you ordered a reserve or a preorder item,  the entire order will be held until all products are in stock and can ship together.

No. Our system only allows one coupon code per order.

Certain items in our store (such as machines) are marked as oversized and an additional freight surcharge will be added to your order due to the size or weight of the item. These charges are noted on the product page in the description area.

Additional freight charges will be automatically calculated and shown at checkout.

Not at this time. To ship items to different addresses, please place separate orders for each address. 

We may ship your order to you in multiple boxes or via multiple carriers due to:

• The order size- large orders often are split into multiple boxes for more efficient delivery.

• The products ordered- some items require special packaging due to their size or weight and will be shipped in a separate box.
